QA/QC engineer

We are looking for QA/QC engineer in Dammam:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and understand all program requirements and standards for assigned projects.
- Review all project documents and drawings for all assigned projects -- must understand documents and requirements relating to all stakeholders.
- Participate in Scheduling activities.
- Assist in the preparation of project by project Work Plans.
- Assist Writing Request for Proposals (RFP's) as required for the project.
- Assist in the preparation of City, County and any other Permit applications that may be required for the Project.
- Identify any conflicts between standards and either negotiate resolution or refer negotiation to PMO for resolution.
- Maintain project and program tracking systems as necessary and in coordination with PMO. Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Civil or other related discipline.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (utility power engineering or construction preferred).
- Must be proficient in use of office and engineering software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD).
- Prepare our ISO certification for ISO 9001.
- Prepare the company documents procedure.
- Excellent communication skills -- must be able to convey clear and concise information to multiple stakeholders, receive and transmit the same information to other stakeholders while being sensitive to the perspective of each.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience.
