MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares salary and wage payrolls including deductions , accruals and processing of timesheets and variations and input data for the fortnightly payroll.
• Record and implement salary and wage variations as they occur.
• Prepare termination and redundancy payments.
• Ensure all staff entitlements are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and statistics as required.
• Pr***de friendly customer service to all staff ensuring accurate and timely advice is given on payroll matters.
• Reconciles assigned payroll records; resolves and adjusts discrepancies; analyzes computer reports to identify and locate sources of error.
• Receive all leave requests from employee, entered into the system and deduct any extra days.
• Responds to queries from outside agencies such as financial or credit organizations.
• Send monthly reports to insurance company.
