Al-Arrab Contracting Company (ACC) is looking to hire a SAUDI female HR Supervisor located in Riyadh.

The Role

Supervise HR personnel in multiple HR tasks such as Payroll, Medical insurance, translation, Human Resources information systems.

Manages daily administrative operations of a department establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the unit.

Reviews, reconciles, and evaluates monthly performance of team and recommends additional development needs.

Plans, develops, and coordinates the execution of program policy, procedures, and operations; monitors compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and appropriate labor laws.

Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and/or processes payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, and/or employment documents for staff.

Assists with the development and implementation of reporting procedures; oversees maintenance of department records and office inventories.

Oversees and pr***des personal computer functions such as scheduled and special reports, correspondence, and database management.

May coordinate space assignments for the unit and oversee office safety, and report maintenance issues.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned




Requirements

The candidate should have a university degree in Human Resources or related field with Minimum 5 years experience . with experience in Supervise HR personnel in multiple HR tasks such as Payroll, Medical insurance, translation, Human Resources information systems
