Hurry to Apply !!!. .A Large and Well Established Repair and Maintenance Work Shop with office at Dammam, Saudi Arabia, providing engineering services all over the kingdom and GCC countries. ISCOSA Industries and Maintenance Ltd., a Siemens Company in Saudi Arabia is URGENTLY looking for an Experienced Supervisor For their Gas and Steam Turbines Components Repair Facilities. The candidate should be a BS / Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Having 8-10 Years in the Process Development and Qualification of the Thermal Spray Operations For Hot Gas Path Turbine Components. Ideal candidate would be familiar with the APS System with preference to Praxiar 3620 with PC-100 Power Supply Control, APS Guns, SG 100, HVOF Gun System with JP 5000, FANUC M710-1 Robot / FANUC System R-J2 Controller- Paxiar1264 Powder Feeder, Extraction System, Heat Exchangers, Power Supply Units, Laboratory Mounting / Polishing Equipment for Compression and Vacuum Impregnation Methods, Up to 500 X Optical Microscope, Micro Hardness, Tensile Testing, Grit Blasting Machines. The candidate should have knowledge in CoNiCr Alloy, TBC and CrC Coatings, Grit Blasting Theory and Techniques, operation of Thermal Spray Equipment, Trouble Shooting and maintenance of Thermal Spray Equipment and Accessories, Robot Operation, Programming the ROBOT using KAREL V4.3 Language Mounting, Coating Test Samples and Analyzing thru the Microscope, Interpreting Microstructure Results to take Corrective Actions either by Changing the Spray *********s or Editing the Robot Program, Understanding the effects of changing the various Spray *********s, Tensile and Micro-hardness Testing. Selected Candidate will be be provided Annual paid vacation,Medical Insurance, and Economy Class Air travel to and From Home International Air port to Work Site and also Annual and end of Contract benefits.
