[ - Establishment marketing monthly activates as per Colcci marketing strategy. Implementing Marketing strategies & Planning [ - Public & media relations Strategic Colcci brand positioning in the ME market. [/
- Make market analysis for each region, and for each store. ]
- Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence client opinion or promote ideas, products and services. Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals. [/font]
Communications and Media -- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media. [ Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test - products or determine potential for product success, -communicating results to client or management. To follow up and monitor daily customers follow per store.[/font]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']Skills[/font]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']- Should have minimum 3 years of experience. [/font]
[ - Age : between 24 to 30 years [/font]
[ Fluent in English, both speaking and writing. [/font]
[FONT='Arial', -serif']- Computer Knowledge: Good skills in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS. Outlook. [/font]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']- Good communication skills [/font]
[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']- Resident ******** Saudi Arabia-Jeddah[/font]

· أخصائي / أخصائية تدريب وتطوير ([/font]Training & Dev. Specialist[FONT='Tahoma','sans-serif']) / [/font]Female preferred

[FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][FONT='Arial','sans-serif']To assist Colcci Brand on the daily functions including preparation of training Plans, Training needs analysis, Training Programs and scheduling, Training evaluation and Performance appraisal evaluation. [/font]

[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']Job Responsibilities: [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training Plans. [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training needs analysis [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training Programs and scheduling [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training evaluation [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training Implementation [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Improve Training materials and methods [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Suggest training programs for each department [/font]
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Training the employees on Colcci Brand system & standard and other required Trainings as per training needs analysis. [/font]

[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']- Evaluating staff performance before and after trainings with close coordination with HR mgr. and retail mgr.[/font]

[FONT='Arial','sans-serif']- Should have minimum 3 years of experience. [/font]
