Receptionist

• Arrive to work on time
• Answer and direct all incoming calls
• Receive any deliveries at the reception and redirect mail within the building
• Re-direct calls as appropriate
• Take adequate messages when required and relay them in a timely manner
• Greet, assist and direct any visitors
• Receive public inquiries and direct them to the suitable department or employee to respond to the request
• Ensure the front office and reception remain clean and tidy at all times
• Contribute to developing an effective culture at Nesma, upholding company values and staff morale
