HR Manager Assistant
We are looking for a qualified HR Manager Assistants in Jubail to handle the HR department in Eastern Pr***dence. If you meet the following requirement please contact us on:
job.atheeb@gmail.com Job Description: • Recruiting and staffing; • Organizational departmental planning; • Performance management and improvement systems; • Organization development; • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees; • Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training; • Employee relations; • Company employee and community communication; • Employee services and counseling. • Managing the payroll process. • Other duties as assigned. Skills: • Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Business Management, Business Administration • Minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll and HR Admin. • Experience of delivering complex administrative activities in short timescales. • Experience of using HR and/ or Payroll systems. • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, detail-minded and proactive. • Ability to implement operational plans for area of responsibility. • Able to manage multi tasks and work under pressure. • Knowledge in Labour office Law is an advantage. • Customer service focus. • Ability to maintain good relationships with people at all levels in the organization and externally • Ability to prepare HR reports in timely manner. • Ability to work to deadlines • Ability to lead the team • Attention to detail • Proficiency in MS office applications. • Experience in record keeping |
