The conditions that must be pr***ded:
• university degree in Sales
• Experience in the field of oil sales (or similar field) of not less than 5 years.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
1. the ability to develop sales and marketing policies.
2. The ability to set goals and objectives of the sales and the development of strategies that achieve these goals.
3. Ability to establish data on markets and competitors and geographical areas and distributions base.
4. Ability to develop promotional and advertising offers and sales plans.
5. The ability to do marketing research and study of the market share for the company and competitors.
6. Ability to work to raise market share by increasing sales volume.
7. The ability to constantly searching for new customers and communicate with them and maintain strong relationships with them.
8. The ability to participate in negotiations with agents and distributors.
9. The ability to share the choice of moderators and delegates, training and identify their needs.
10. Ability to specify the sales areas to take advantage of a greater number of customers.
11. The ability to monitor and evaluate the performance of supervisors and delegates sales and improve their skills.
12. the ability to follow up after sales and permanent communication with customers and responding to their complaints service.
13. Ability to follow competitors and Their strategy conditions.
14. lifting detailed periodic reports on the achievements and problems of marketing and senior management failures.
