يوجد وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى سكرتيرة بمدينة الخبر

ويجب توفر الشروط التالية :

Position: Administrator (Sr. Secretary)
No. of Position: 1 No. (Need to send min. 5 Cv’s)

Required : Only Saudi National (Female)
Location : Al Khobar office

Job Description

· Providing administrative support and assistance to Managers, Paralegal and Secretary (Legal/Contracts/Risk Management team)
· Coordinate the in retrieval and transmission of files, records, data and documents for urgent work processing needs.
· Follows up on and completes day to day office matters, issues and requests.
· Assist with Document Control monitoring, recording, and filing of documents under department's custody.
· Help with setting up, filling and updating Bid/Tender and Bid backup document files.
· Assist with invoice records - checking, processing, recording, filing.
· Follow-up on relevant IT requests and records.
· Partner with other employees in travel arrangements, logistics and travel visas for department team as and when necessary.
· Assume any other job responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the department or company as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

· Education: Minimum diploma in Business required. College degree preferred.
· Experience: 4-6 years experience in a similar or secretarial role.
· Qualifications: Good proficiency with all Microsoft Office products. High proficiency with Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint. Ability to learn new software quickly.
