Head Chef
 

We are Catering Company currently serving at Eastern Province.
We are looking for Head Chef for our Field.

Responsibilities:
1. He has to Maintain Kitchen Policy & Operations.
2. He has to Organize the Kitchen Menu & Lists.
3. He is the responsible for Hygiene / Cleaning Protocols.
4. He will maintain weekly Kitchen's Staff schedule.
5. He is responsible to make purchase request for Kitchen.
6. He will make Annual Vacation schedule of Kitchen Staff.

Requirement:
1. Must have Degree education & Certificates of this post.
2. Priority that who Experienced years as Head Chef.
3. Must have Experience as First Assistant Chef in any 5 Star Hotel.
4. Saudi Residency Identity should be Transferable.
5. Only persons who can communicate in English will be entitle.
