This role supports the Maintenance and After Sales Service Team, it controls the whole life cycle or flow of spare parts stocks including parts inventory management, parts usage trends and reordering point, stocks forecast and replenishments, selection of free of charge spare parts, receiving and dispatching parts shipments, communicating with different suppliers, work closely with Maintenance and After Sales Support Managers, Product Managers, Purchasing Dept. Coordinators and IT Dept. Administrators for creation purposes of parts description, the creation of spare parts price, the creation of spare parts codes, preparing spare parts and physical inventory updates.

Key responsibilities:• To develop and maintain comprehensive on Microsoft Excel or Google to provide up to date spare parts stocks monitoring on hand, outgoing and incoming stocks.
• To develop and maintain comprehensive on Microsoft Excel or Google to provide up to date spare parts usage trends
• To ensure that the Spare Parts Warehouseman and Maintenance Supervisors accurately maintain records of issues and receipts from Spare Parts Main Warehouse to Service Centre branches.
• To alert and request Technical Analysis and product testing for those models that have excessive parts usage or defective.
• To set min/max spare parts and consumable stock levels with input from the Maintenance Supervisors and set red flags for reordering levels.
• To communicate and follow-up Suppliers on red flag stock items to expedite shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
• To ensure the correct packing list receipt was properly compared all details versus the GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Ensure to notify Suppliers for any discrepancies of every shipment.
• To produce charts, graphs and statistical information on spare parts stocks when required for management presentations

Requirements
• College Degree in Administration or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• 3yrs and above experienced as Spare Parts Controller in Fitness Equipment or Appliance products.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel software with the ability to design templates, develop formulas and interrogate .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present statistical data in an easy to read format

Arabic & English fluency is a must
