مطلوب موظف لشركة في الخبر Job Title: Business Development Engineer

Job Title: Business Development Engineer
Dept.: Business Development Dept. (BDD)
Essential Job Functions & Accountability
1. Collect the latest news of Company’s major clients, including but not limited to: Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden and their affiliates.
2. Search for the information of prospect projects that Company will be interested in and follow up their development.
3. Collect the latest news of major contractors active in Saudi Arabia.
4. Collect the latest regulations, decrees, polices issued by Saudi authorities, which will have impact on Company business operations.
5. Prepare market analysis report.
6. Set up meeting appointments with clients.
7. Develop client specific presentations and sales information as and when required.
8. Deliver presentations and meet with clients as necessary and appropriate.
9. Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new potential clients proactively.
10. Deal with Company’s business registration with clients.
11. Get involved in project prequalification, proposal development, submission, clarification, contract negotiation until contract signature.
12. Follow up contract execution up to close-out, maintain relationship with clients for future businesses.
13. Work closely with other departments with proactive and cooperative attitude.
14. Prepare and submit work report on weekly basis.
Other assignments instructed by line manager as appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor or above, major in engineering, business administration or *****alent.
2. At least three (3) years of experience in engineering and/or construction of oil & gas, chemical or similar projects.
3. Strong in dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds, especially Arabs.
4. Good knowledge of project execution.
5. To keep in strict confidence of Company technical and commercial data is a must.
6. Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, with analytical thinking ability on a strategic level and ability to frame project models in cooperation with clients.
7. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and persuasion.
8. Excellent team spirit.
9. Self-motivated, reliable, willing to deal with challenges.
10. Willing to follow senior management direction and work within company business norms.
11. Open to flexible working hours and travel.
12. Skilled in Microsoft Office, and other related application software.
13. Good command of English, and Arabic as preferred plus.
Saudi National is required.
