Great opportunity for Saudis in one of the Leading Agriculture Companies in the region as they are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Executive Secretary for top management.
our champion must have relevant experience in the following areas:
- Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
- Carrying out day-to-day secretarial work, including typing, filing, taking meeting minutes, etc.
- Handling general inquiries and to maintain a general filing system.
- Preparing files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation.
- Maintaining office supplies required for the Executive Office.
- Assisting in clarifying and following up tasks, duties, and projects delegated to various departments
- Represent the Executive office and the General Manager.
Essential criteria required.
- Saudi National is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Executive Secretary.
- professional appearance and personality.
- Flaunt in English and Arabic.
- Excellent in administration, computer literacy MS Office
- Excellent communications skill.
