Personnel Coordinator

1. Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information.
2. Medical and life insurance : addition, deletion, prepare the claims.
3. GOSI: addition, deletion and prepare settlement monthly.
4. Vacation: ticket reservation, issue the re-entry visa, and record the amount of paid vacation days in the employee’s file.
5. Prepare salaries every month and transfer them to the bank.
6. Advance and loans.
7. Issue the cash payment for employees and send it to the account dept to be checked and approved by GM.
8. Make the P.O for administration dept. then send it to account dept to be checked and approved by GM.
9. Maintains strict confidentiality of files of employees.
10. Maintains the original passports and iqamas for employees and make schedule to show the date of expire, and inform the GRO for renewal.
11. Prepare the letters.
12. Any other task under the tasks of personnel dept.
13. Any other tasks assigned by the director and be related to improve the position.
