Fluent in Arabic and English Written and Spoken
Customer Handling Skills
Proficient in using Computer Software such as MS Excel, Word, etc..
Data Entry

Job Responsibilities

- Receive customer equipment such as Projectors, Display Panels, Printers, etc..
Inspect received devices for any damages and mark.Issue Workshop job cards after entry of Customer details, and equipment details with details of problem/defect.
Calling customers and informing their equipment is ready for pickup.
Log jobs done on Depot/Workshop Repair system.
Issue invoices.
Communicate with WS technicians job request and follow up for cases. urgent
