A well-known Oil and Gas company in Saudi Arabia is working in the field of refinery and petrochemicals is looking for the following:

Compensation & Benefit Specialist
Job Location: Jeddah

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in OD Or Compensation & Benefit .
- For Saudis only.
- Male or Female
- Able to communicate in English.
- Has experience in:
1- Performance Management System.
2- Job Description.
3- PDP/IDP.
4- Update the organization structures reflecting the on-going organizational changes and act as a custodian of the company’s organization chart.
5- Salary Scale.
6- Benefit Structure.
7-Assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of various programs, procedures and underlying methodology such as workforce planning, internal work rules, performance management programs, corporate culture
-Ability to work under pressure.
