A big company looking for Government officer in Riyadh

Responsibility
1. Assist in finalizing all employee related transactions at government offices such as Exit Re-entry visas, exit visas, passport and Iqama renewal, GOSI additions and deletion, Data Activation, issuing new labour cards , sponsorship transfers, and data transfers …etc.

2. Follow up and finalize employee passport renewals in the relevant embassies.

3. Provide support in finalizing invitation letters proceedings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

4. Follow up and finalize all company transactions at government offices such as Police, Traffic, Passports, Labour Office, GOSI, MODON, Chamber of commerce and any other Ministry.

5. Finalize all transactions whether for the company or employees at the Traffic Department including but not limited to Driving License renewal, Car Registration renewal, Repair certificates, MPVI …etc.

6. Follow up with the police departments on any issues pertinent to employees.

7. Following up with all governments on any registration, transaction, correspondence pertinent to CR, License, certificates etc..

Employees Relation:

1. Take an effective and responsible role in the off-work duty system and stand in need when required at any time.
Qualifications:
• must be Saudi citizens
• Good English
• Good personality
• Active
• Organized
• Good computer user
• Experience with (min 3 years)
• Experience with Saudi Government and related
