1. Managing the daily work of the engineering projects related to design and supervision.
2. Leading & Supporting the teams of Engineers and employees.
3. Retaining relationships with existing clients.
4. Lead the process of improving the qualification of the Engineering Office, as per new regulations.
5. Developing growth strategies and plans of the Engineering Office.
6. Increasing client-base as follows:
a. Follow-up the potential engineering projects in the Platform of the Ministry of Finance - by reviewing the bids and tenders, together with their requirements and specifications;
b. Closely work with the Projects Manager to select the viable projects to work on from the Platform;
c. Seeking new projects from the Saudi Development Fund and other private customers;
d. Foster synergy with sister companies via altogether working on common projects (such as design/layouts…), leveraging on the power of one;
e. Looking for new foreign partners.
7. Having an in-depth knowledge of engineering consultancy services and value proposition/pricing.
8. Writing business proposals, while coordinating with the Project Managers.
9. Negotiating with stakeholders, drafting business deals and reviewing contracts.
10. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
11. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
12. Following industry trends.
13. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements, for each project/customer.
14. Monthly reporting of the operational results to the Chairman.
