Job Description

Assisting Manager in his daily responsibilities.
Coordinating with Supplier for latest update about productions.
Coordinating and arranging shipments with suppliers.
Coordinating with Customs and shipping companies for end-to-end process.
Updating old suppliers and registering new Supplier at SFDA.
Updating old products and registering new products at SFDA.
Coordinating with SFDA for any requirement.
Working on Purchase Order with Manager for any amendments.
Responsible for all legal proceeding for SFDA & Shipment activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Very good english language is a must

Minimum 2 years experiance is required

Saudi nationals only (male or female)
