We are looking for energetic candidate for the position of Account Manger ( Client Servicing)


Responsibilities: -
• Working with the team to devise Brand strategy that meets the client’s brief.
• Briefing creative staff and assisting with the formulation of brand strategies.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Making ‘pitch, to try to win new business.
• Managing end-to-end relationship and performance for key accounts
• Up-selling services to clients
• Presenting, alongside agency colleagues brand strategy to the client
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
• Writing client reports
• Ensuring the appropriate resources are in place and that the work is conducted in a timely fashion, within an approved scope and budget
Competencies/Skills:
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Advanced project management strategies and tools
• Understanding of marketing communications tools, and execution, both online and offline
• Understanding of Marketing Operations
• Team player – must focus on winning as a team rather than individually
Education:-
• Bachelors Degree
