We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Supervisor to oversee our online product management, order operations, promotions, and analytics. The ideal candidate will coordinate across departments to ensure smooth e-commerce performance, accurate product listings, timely deliveries, and effective promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

Ensure all products (devices & accessories) are accurately listed and categorized on the website.

Audit product listings regularly for missing information (images, specifications, pricing).

Coordinate with the IT team to upload or update products and their specifications.

Order & Operations Management

Track daily sales and monitor customer order flow.

Follow up on order pickups and deliveries with courier partners.

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

Promotions & Offers

Assist the E-commerce Manager in developing monthly promotional plans.

Prepare Excel sheets for promotional SKUs, including prices and discounts.

Share promotion details with Finance and IT for implementation.

Verify promotions are correctly applied on the website.

Marketing Coordination

Align product offers with social media and email marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure accurate messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website traffic and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics.

Analyze sales performance by product and category.

Report weekly KPIs to the E-commerce Manager (sales, traffic, returns, delivery times, etc.).
