🚀 We’re Hiring: Fulfillment Supervisor – Bahra CFC

We are looking for an experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to lead operations in a high-volume, automated distribution center. This role is critical in ensuring orders are picked, consolidated, and dispatched with maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily picking and packing operations across Ambient, Chilled, and Frozen zones
• Ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time dispatch
• Manage workflows at automated workstations and handle system alerts
• Oversee order consolidation, staging, and loading activities
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Inventory Control teams
• Track KPIs, monitor backlog, and generate reports using Excel and WMS
• Implement SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or warehouse operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of WMS and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
