Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in industrial valve manufacturing, with strong knowledge of inspection, testing, quality documentation, material traceability, and manufacturing quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of valves and components.
• Inspect machined components, valve assemblies, actuators, and instrumentation accessories.
• Witness and document hydrostatic, pneumatic, seat leakage, functional, and other applicable valve tests.
• Verify materials, MTCs, heat numbers, dimensions, traceability, drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and implement ITPs, QCPs, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Raise and follow up NCRs, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper calibration and control of inspection and measuring equipment.
• Coordinate customer and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) activities.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure proper document control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable API, ASME, and relevant valve standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and project quality requirements.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco requirements and standards is an advantage.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in control valves, choke valves, ball valves, actuators, or other flow-control equipment.
• Experience in valve manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, or service operations.
• Good knowledge of valve inspection and testing requirements.
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, and relevant international valve standards.
• Experience with customer and TPI inspections.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco standards is an advantage.

Work Environment
The position is based in an industrial and production environment at the company's facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial City.
