Branch Sales Manager (Saudi National Only)

We Are Leading Electronics Company in Middle East seeking Branch Sales Manager to Manage the sales activities of a single product group and coordinate the activities of the Sales Supervisors to achieve the best possible sales results with the following Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Follow the guidelines set by the marketing department as far as business plan, strategy, goals, objectives are concerned
  • Supervise all personnel working in the Sales Department
  • Suggest new policies, regulations and rules upon needed
  • Apply theory and related knowledge to ensure that presentation, explanation, demonstration, and selling, electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and / or communication product is done is the most proper way
  • Discuss use and features of various products
  • Negotiate sales agreement with new customers
  • Approve / update credit limit for (new) customers
  • Block / unblock the processing of customer’s sales order
  • Interpret company policies to Sales personnel and enforce that they abide by regulations
  • Assess training needs of sales personnel
  • Insure that all Sales personnel are well trained
  • Evaluate Sales Supervisors on a timely basis
  • Monitor and report the achievement of sales targets
  • Initiate or suggest plans to motivate ******* to achieve work goals
  • Monitor collection of receivables.
