Marketing Manager

The role of the Marketing Manager is to manage all Marketing, PR and Promotional activities at
Arena Group. This includes but not limited to:

1) Responsible for the marketing of Arena products and service to both B2C and B2B
segments
2) Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product/services knowledge

3) Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department. This should
detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives and targets

4) Budget management. To deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget.

5) To direct marketing and sales staff where budgets are devolved.

6) To manage all aspects of print production, events, promotions etc…

7) Handle all media and PR relations

8) To manage the entire product/service life cycle from strategic planning to tactical
activities and implementation.

9) To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and
future offerings, including studying the competition.

10) To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for our brand and offerings.

11) To manage getting the right sponsors to our brand/company

12) To manage all aspects of the social media and digital marketing

13) Work with and manage the digital marketing agency and related production

14) To assist the sales team in selling the products and services

15) To develop the marketing department from all aspects; systems, procedures, strategy,
growth, etc…

16) Assist the General Manager in any requirement including assist other departments
when and if needed.
