OBJECTIVE/OVERVIEW
The HRBP will be responsible for proactively managing all HR generalist processes and practices enabling the HR Department to support Lincoln College International. This role will be key in delivering all people related policy, processes and development as well as coaching management and employees through the employment life cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
 Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
 Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
 Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
 Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
 Communicates policies and procedures changes to managers and employees.
 Maintains historical human resource records by entering the data of employees into HRMS.
 Trains employees how to use MenaMe (Employee Self Service) system.
 Following up the visit visas, iqamas renewal, and exit re-entry issuing for LCI staff.
 Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
 Handles day –to- day HR activities.
 Communicates promotions and pay rises to HO.
MINIMUM CRITERIA
- 2 to 5 Years of work experience in HR
- Bachelor of Human resource or similar.
- Saudi Nationality
- Arabic/English Fluency is a MUST
- Team leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
