Saudi national,

5 years plus experience in security management Banking experience preferable

The Security Manager is responsible for the safety and security of all Guests, associates and contractors, and visitors while at the building. A Security Manager is also responsible for the safety and security of the building premises.
Main Tasks
• Establish standard policies and procedures for Security personnel.
• Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency.
• Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to.
• Be responsible for formulating the Hotel Business Continuity plan and supervise it to be followed up.
• Brief Supervisors on function, VIP arrivals and other events, which will necessitate additional or special preparations.
• Cable relationship with all guest of the hotel.
• Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Hotel departments as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time to HOD and associates.
• Conduct frequent front and back of house checks ensuring the security procedures, standards of associates grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.
• Conform to and enforce policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Wyndham Hotel Group and the hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
• Delegate to and supervise all staff within the department and assist them in preparing work schedules.
• Direct and control all subordinate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time.
• Establish control procedures in all operation aspects in accordance with hotel’s policy.
• Implement and enforces safety regulations and house rules.
