Job Description:
1. Play major role in assuring that customer are shipped (Repair /New Units/Spares) and are shipped on time and per specification as per Oracle
2. Maintain Consignment stock in Oracle & Physically on hand for client and update CSOF-Supervisors in Roosendaal as and when required
3. Support sales in submission of invoices to the clients on the west coast and get the PO.
4. Send weekly reports for the on-going repair business against official repair contracts and also handle ALL entities on the west coast.
5. Maintain and update operational files and report to (DM-Yanbu-QRC) between (Dammam-HO) for which initial training completed and further trainings on-going to upgrade knowledge.
6. To complete paper work and approval process related to Yanbu-QRC as the approved supplier of services Yanbu (west coast).
7. To complete paper work and approval process related to new facility in RC Yanbu-QRC.
8. Maintain all operation team and work in YANBU QRC.
9. Safety leader for YANBU QRC.
APPLICATION ENGINEER

Job Description:
1. Techno-commercial bid preparation which involves
-Review Project specifications, valve data sheets, process sheets, Applications Engineering, vendor document review, Inspection and testing requirements etc.
- Contact appropriate factories and sub-suppliers for support.
- Timely preparation of SAP’s
2. Provide sales and technical services to all end-users and representatives throughout the Region.
3. Provide prompt acknowledgement of customer enquiries and queries.
4. Respond to technical clarifications or attend technical discussions depending upon the requirement of the project.
5. Review contracts and ensure compliance to the proposal. Process purchase , transfer files to the OM, following the order hand-off procedure and Conf calls.
6. Compile pre-qualification dossiers.
7. Maintain an accurate and complete quotations log.
