we ask for the National ID for checking in our data if the candidate already attend any interview before with us or with our client, and also for identification purpose.

I am Saudi Recruiter and I now there is a problem for some ladies to show them faces, so we did not request for the photo of her face, anyone she can cover the face, my requirement is only to get the correct details of the candidate once we submit to our Client for final Review.
