Position Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist other technicians
• Implement and Manage Windows Server 2008, Server 2012, and Server 2016
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual servers
• Support Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
• Build, design, and implement new servers
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing servers
• Implement and maintain hosted and cloud server solutions
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions
• Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain VLANs
• Remote access solution support: VPN and terminal services
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• Design and maintain wireless networks using Ubiquiti equipment
• Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system
• Respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and do periodic system reviews
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
• Ability to work as part of a team, lead the team, and communicate effectively
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as System & Network Engineer
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and Hyper-V servers
• Professional IT certifications preferred, such as Microsoft MSP, MCSA, and MCSE
