Minimum Qualification:
• Diploma or bachelors

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.

Work Location:
Jubail

Scope of work:
• Provide project specific material control procedures and documents.

• Provide regular updates to project team and/or internal disciplines about tracking and tracing of materials

• Monitor, inspect and register all inbound/outbound stocks.

• Initiate, develop and execute plans and procedures to improve existing material, equipment and inventory control processes.

• Process material orders and prepare shipments for delivery as required.

• Attend mobilization for verification and inspection of project materials received at the facility.

• Coordinate with Procurement & Logistics Department on the update of the completion & variance of materials delivery & report to Production Manager.

• Perform the duties as assigned and instructed by their direct supervisor.
