- - Receiving the documents, archive them, and submitting them to our broker agent to process the clearance.
- Daily follow-up for the arrived shipments and under clearance.
- Shipments tracking sheet with all shipments and details. (Sea and Air)
- Update the system for receiving documents date, Actual Bayan, and arrival at the warehouse on time.
- requesting the transportation from suppliers based on request for daily orders
- Tracking the trucks until they have their destination.
- Transportation tracking sheet for all KSA trips.
- Booking with shipping company and tracking it
- Receiving the invoices , auditing , and submitting them to the finance.
- Tracking sheet for all incoming shipments to KSA by land .
- Following up with WH for the picking status related to CCSTO and arrange the shipping.
- Finalize the border documents and attesting form chamber.
- Creating shipments and shipment cost for CCSTO with tracking sheet.
