We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and HVAC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in restaurants . A valid driving license is also required for this role.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical system maintenance, mechanical equipment servicing, and HVAC system inspections.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant and cafe staff.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and other restaurant-specific appliances.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance tasks.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Experience working in restaurants and cafes preferred.
Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
