Role Description

We need someone to has had experience in doing the following tasks/using the following tools.



· Reporting and logging tools

· Following the company’s procurement policies and procedures

· Conduct market analysis and deal with vendors

· Ensure specification clarity of specification and a clear understanding of the scope

· Involvement in cost analysis and value engineering

· Drafting agreements for management review that cover the necessary aspects

· Conducting contract administration in coordination with the relevant teams



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Architecture and Architectural Design skills
Software Development and Integration experience
Project Management expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of building codes and regulations
