We’re Hiring IT Support Specialist.
🔹 Location: jeddah
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues
• Assist in managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtual machines
• Configure and monitor Fortinet Firewall for network security and access control
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems across sites
• Deploy and manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security across all user devices and servers
• Support and monitor Storage Solutions (SAN/NAS) for availability and backup integrity
• Ensure regular system updates, patching, and documentation of IT assets
🎯 Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a junior infrastructure role
• Experience with networking, Windows environments and virtualization
• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in Fortinet, CCTV systems, endpoint protection, and storage technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills.
