We’re Hiring: Application Support Specialist (ERP & Sales Applications)

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level support for critical business applications (ERP, CRM, Sales, HR, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ERP and sales-related systems to minimize downtime
• Support and enhance sales tools, including CRM, order processing apps, mobile sales platforms, and online sales
• Maintain and optimize ERP functionalities, ensuring smooth daily operations across departments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze needs
• Understand and document business processes, recommending improvements for efficiency
• Assist in software setup, user onboarding, training, and knowledge documentation
• Escalate complex technical issues to vendors and track resolutions
🎯 Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• 3+ years of experience in application support, ideally covering both ERP and CRM/Sales systems
• Hands-on experience with systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales) mobile sales applications.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and process analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Good communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
