Qualifications & Requirements
► High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
► 3–5 years of experience in building supervision, property management, or facilities operations.
► Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and maintenance procedures.
► Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
► Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and on-site teams effectively.
► Understanding of KSA building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
► Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when required.
