We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Assistant Manager to support the end-to-end operations of our dark store. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient inventory management, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily dark store operations and workflow
• Ensure efficient inventory management and stock accuracy
• Support order fulfillment processes to meet delivery timelines
• Coordinate staffing and optimize workforce productivity
• Monitor operational KPIs including cost efficiency and service levels
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of operational excellence
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in warehouse, fulfillment center, or dark store operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational tools
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
