Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on the education sector to drive
growth, open new strategic opportunities, and build long-term partnerships across schools and
universities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector
• Build and maintain a structured market database and pipeline
• Engage with key stakeholders (school leadership, universities, IT & academic teams)
• Develop and grow existing accounts into strategic partnerships
• Position solutions and training programs effectively
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate internally to tailor solutions for education clients

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development within the education sector (KSA preferred)
• Strong network in schools/universities is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Female

نبحث عن أخصائي تطوير أعمال متمرس في قطاع التعليم لقيادة التوسع في المدارس والجامعات، وبناء شراكات استراتيجية، وفتح
فرص جديدة لتقديم حلول التعليمية وبرامج التدريب.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• فتح قنوات جديدة في قطاع التعليم )مدارس، جامعات، جهات تعليمية(
• بناء وتطوير قاعدة بيانات دقيقة للسوق والعملاء المحتملين
• التواصل مع صناع القرار )الإدارات العليا، الأقسام الأكاديمية، تقنية المعلومات(
• تطوير الحسابات الحالية وتحويلها إلى شراكات طويلة الأمد
• تحليل احتياجات المؤسسات التعليمية وتقديم الحلول التعليمية المناسبة
• متابعة السوق والمنافسين وتحديد فرص النمو
• العمل مع فرق التدريب والتقنية لتقديم عروض متكاملة

المتطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال داخل قطاع التعليم في السعودية
• شبكة علاقات قوية في المدارس أو الجامعات )ميزة أساسية(
• مهارات تواصل وعرض احترافية
• القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحقيق الأهداف
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
