Sales & Customer Service Supervisor

📍 Location: Riyadh

If you're a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and you're ready to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team in the transport and logistics sector — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the sales and customer service team; monitor daily performance
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and high satisfaction levels
Track KPIs and prepare regular sales and service reports
Develop and improve workflows to boost operational efficiency
Handle complaints and operational challenges with speed and professionalism
Support sales targets and build strong, lasting client relationships
Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain top-tier service quality

Requirements:

Saudi national
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in sales and customer service, supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operating systems
Prior experience in the transport/logistics sector is a plus
