Sales & Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily performance of the sales and customer service team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Support sales targets and identify growth opportunities
Coordinate across departments to ensure top-tier service quality

Requirements:

Saudi national
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in sales and customer service (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
Experience in the transport/logistics sector is a plus
