Job Description
We are looking for Valve Technician – Manufacturing with hands-on experience in industrial valve assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair. The role will support manufacturing activities involving control valves, choke valves, ball valves, actuators, and associated valve instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assembly and disassembly of control valves, choke valves, ball valves, and other industrial valve products.
• Assemble and install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuators.
• Perform valve internals assembly including trim, stem, seat, plug, ball, seals, packing, gaskets, bearings, and related components.
• Carry out actuator mounting, alignment, stroking, and mechanical adjustments.
• Install and calibrate valve accessories including positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, air filter regulators, and instrumentation tubing.
• Read technical drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain proper assembly, testing, quality, safety, and traceability records
Requirements
• Technical qualification in Valve Technology or a Diploma in Mechanical Technology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial valve manufacturing, assembly, servicing, repair, or testing.
• Experience in valve troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and repair is essential.
• Experience working in a valve manufacturing facility, valve service center, OEM workshop, or oil & gas maintenance environment is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to understand technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience with a valve OEM, manufacturing facility, or authorized valve service center is preferred.
Work Environment
The position is based in an industrial and production environment at the company's facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial City.
