Criteria / Job Description for Saudi Admin Assist / Secretary
Educational Qualification:
Associate Degree/Diploma in Office Management or *****alent.
Skills:
Should have wide browsing knowledge in MS Outlook, Familiar with outlook functions.
Good proficiency in MS office packages like Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Good communication skills in English (Oral & Written) with minimum level 3 passed.
Should have passed level 3 in English
Creative & self developed / Training interested on improvement.
Brief out line of Job description
Prepare PowerPoint presentations & other reports
Arrange required department meetings, prepare minutes of meeting and follow up action with concerned staff.
Arrange Flight booking & transportation as per management requirement.
Develop department progress / KPI report as directed by management.
Control office asset, stationeries and supplies.
Proactive energetic & enthusiastic to execute the task under work load and pressure
Other business issues as required by direct management.
