The Role: To pr***de support to the sales team in the qualification , analysis and presentation of IT services to existing and prospective clients and to pr***de the knowledge of data center technology, cloud solutions, ERP, CRM and web applications, and to pr***de clients with best IT solutions and architecture.
Your job profile will *******, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop technical pre-sales proposals.
  • Review technical pre-sales proposals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge. Increasing market share by supporting business development.
  • Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
  • Analyzes the existing client’s environment and recommends solutions.
  • Investigating new technologies and third party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
  • Engaging with Senior Sales executives.
  • Performs client consultation: Plans, designs, implements and supports Cloud Services and web-based applications.
  • Verify that the order documentation meets the requirements identified in respect of the proposed solution.
  • Formulate responses for tender submissions, including the participation on the Bid Team as required to identify.
  • Pr***de assistance to Projects function, in particular in the fulfillment of technical and design responses already.
  • Manages Pre Sales queue to ensure that all solutions proposed are pr***ded in accordance with sales work instructions.
  • Review opportunities and evaluate them
  • Bid management and analysis.
  • Respond timely and accurately with the pr***sion of design/pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.
  • Work with Senior Sales executive to maintain the quarterly targets set for the unit.
  • Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations .
  • Attend customer meetings, pr***ding Pre and Post Sales Support to the Sales Team as appropriate.
  • Respond timely and accurately with the pr***sion of design/pricing information to the Sales team for all clients.
  • Work with members of the Sales Team to ensure all account plans account strategies are maintained.

The Person:
  • B.Sc. in Business or IT field..
  • At least 4-6 years working experience in an IT field
  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic & English Language. Excellent, writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentations skills.
  • Excellent exposure to technology platforms.
  • Good experience in fields as (cloud solutions, ERP, CRM and web applications)
  • Training or hands on experience in one or more in the following vendors: Microsoft, Oracle, HP, DELL, CISCO
  • Experience in Cloud Services, Web Applications, ERP and CRM
