Business Solutions Consultant
Job Description


The Business Consultant is responsible to understand our clients’ business and goals, pr***de valuable suggestions and ideas, communicate and pr***de service options. He is responsible for the review, analysis and evaluation of processes, systems, and user needs for projects based on the business plan of the enterprise. He must have experience in business management, business process management and market research and feasibility studies. The selected candidate will be involved in the planning, organizing and conducting of detailed management analytical studies to identify and define opportunities. He needs to create services proposition in support of the enterprise business model effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience
The candidate needs to drive the desire to gain client interaction experience, pay attention to details, has excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and be self-directed and self-motivated team player
. • BS or BA level degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field who has worked on defining e- m- commerce business/es: eco-systems, merchants and consumers.
• Experience in areas of retail operations engineering (i.e. work simplification, work measurement techniques/skills)
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing with analytical skills
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical experience

Job Description

• 2 years’ experience in direct sales in product or license sale

Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for understanding the customer’s business in a specific vertical / industry. He must be capable to pr***de long term portfolio management to the client by being a trusted advisor to strategize solutions that meet the customer’s business need. He manages the business of assigned clients and pr***de on the ground support for the marketing and the communication of sales opportunities in Arabic and English. He is accountable for achieving sales targets, financial targets, business growth, and customer satisfaction within assigned account(s), territory or solution focused area(s). He is in charge to build institutional relationship with the assigned clientele up to the C-level (CEO, CFO, CIO, and COO), lead regular planning sessions, and Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients. The logical career progression would be to grow in the current position until capable of assuming the role of Sales Manager.

Principal Accountabilities
• Achievement of the sales targets for the assigned account and / or solution focused area
• Compliance with the commercial and administrative policies
• Sales performance of the assigned account Authority

• Ability to present in front of CXO level community
• Should be conversant with Microsoft technologies
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical experience
• Should be able to create and present propositions both in English and Arabic
