Contact Centre Manager (Female)
We need an experienced Contact Centre Manager (Female) to manage teams in 2 ّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّّّ*ّs, you will have experience of developing processes, strategies and new solutions to help support the growth of Sama. Personnel management and development, managing the team to exceed operational KPI’s, improving call handling and quality……these will be day to day tasks for the successful candidate. Supported by at least 4 Supervisors we need someone with at least 3 years experience in a Contact Centre, with a proven track record of change management.
