Exel Company Announces the availability of job opportunity (Inventory Controller):

Summary:

The main activities of inventory controller ******* maintaining records of materials in inventory and in order, monitoring reorder points, initiating action to replenish stock, reconciling discrepancies in inventories and notifying supervisor of irregularities. The salary for this job is very attractive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1-Checking daily data records or mechanism used in warehouse stock of spare parts and other items.
2-Verifying the data mathematically and confirm the validity of the figures in the records for each item.
3-Comparing quantities available in the repository of the various items to repositories set up, reorder point and the minimum required inventory.
4-Ensuring that the order of items in the repository are set by category and placing the Exchange with validity date if it is available
5-Ensuring that the item card contains all information about the item including information of approved suppliers for the supply of this product and the latest price was adopted.
6-Participating in the sudden, periodic and annual inventory warehouse.
7-Pr***ding his supervisor periodic stock data and the loss quantities in the warehouse if any.
8-Performing the other work assigned to him related to his job.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and conditions required:

1-The Position available for Saudi and non-Saudi nationality.
2-Fluent in English and Arabic.
3-More than 1 year experience in the same field.
4-Excellent computer skills.
5-Auditing skills.
6-Inventory warehouses skills.
7-Ability to analyze and solve problems.
8-Reporting skills.
9-Job location: Jubail Industrial.
10- Morning time (6 days 8 hours per day).
