Projects Manager

A Saudi company based in Riyadh is interested to recruit a qualified Projects Manager to handle its fire fighting projects
mainly gas suppression systems for our industrial and commercial clients. The right candidate will be based in Riyadh but will require to handle projects all around the kingdom.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with design and estimation department.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, labours etc.) required to complete the project
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Allocate manpower according to each project phase and progress
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Develop and execute documentation and records to document project activities
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Report projects progress with milestones to management and revise project plan as necessary
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
• Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
• Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures with help of company finance department
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Qualifications
- Engineering graduate
- Having solid project experience for 3-5 years in commercial and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia
- Having full knowledge of project sales cycle
- Communicate fluently in English speaking and writing
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
- Having self initiative and striving for success
- Having good planning and prioritising skills
- Able to travel extensively to cover major regions within Saudi
- Having valid transferable visa
- Having valid driving license and owns a car.
