Civil Engineer or Surveyor graduate of Polytechnic / University or other recognized academy.
• At least 3 year’s experience in the construction industry in projects.
• Excelled oral and written English/Oral and written Arabic is a plus.
• The ability to understand and use survey instruments and carry out the work with all the survey instruments.
• The ability to understand and use the Topographic / Surveying and carry out routine checks with all the survey instruments and methods.
• Recognize and understand topography, architectural, structural, and electromechanical drawings.
• Computer use and programs/Knowledge to draw the design in AutoCAD etc.
• Understand and interpret architectural, structural drawings and carry out setting out of project/work site.
• Monitoring progress of work through the schedule and apply any necessary corrective action.
• Organize and Sharing the work to the Assistant Surveyor that will work on individual tasks
• Understanding the operation and maintenance of all survey instruments and equipment.
• Promote and maintain Health and Safety across the company.
• Language and Technical Terminology in English.
• Working experience in Saudi Arabia will be considered a plus.
