warehouse in charge
Dears, we need warehouse in charge to: -Manage the receiving and issuing process in the warehouses -Coordinate with the transporters for the deliveries -Collaborate with the customs brokers to receive the containers from the port after clearance -Maintain the stock accurately all the time and matching the physical stock to the same in the ERP system -Monitor the production and expiry dates of the materials -Preparing the stock reports periodically as required -Ensure that all the safety procedures are adhered in the warehouses -Manage the operation of the warehouse equipment effectively -Collaborate with sales for all deliveries to customers -Control the documentations of the warehouses in a perfect manner -Lead the group of labors and monitor their performance in the day to day operation The requirement of this job: -Experience in warehouse operation, preferred to be in chemical company – but not essential – -University degree is required preferred in chemistry or related science – but not essential – -Forklift driving is an advantage – but not essential – -Transferrable Iqama is must -Arabic speaking is advantage -Good English communication skills is required -Basic computer skills are required (e-mail, Microsoft office…. ) -Ability to learn our ERP system
